Cancellation & refunds

Trial

The creator plan includes a 14-day trial. Where checkout is available, starting a subscription during the trial does not shorten the remaining trial period.

Cancellation

You may schedule cancellation from Plan & Billing. Access normally continues through the current paid period, and the dashboard will show the scheduled end date.

Refund requests

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed. Contact support promptly with the account email and charge reference.

Creator-customer payments

This policy covers the InspoQuote SaaS subscription only. InspoQuote does not currently collect payment for a creator’s custom work; those arrangements remain between creator and customer.
